The Implementation Methodology used by ACS project managers is the result of many years of training and countless hours of project experience. ACS employs the tools and methodologies of the Project Management Institute (PMI) to ensure that projects are successful. ACS project managers are PMI and Microsoft certified, experienced and skilled with Advantage, with project management techniques, with sophisticated unit and integration testing initiatives, and with e-commerce subscription fulfillment.

A detailed Implementation Guide provides the project blueprint for the installation team to follow. The guide contains schedules, diagrams and project plans, which are customized for each client.

Thorough training is a crucial element of a successful installation, and ACS offers more than two dozen classes in a variety of formats, from formal classroom instruction to one-on-one and interactive small group workshops, plus webinars. ACS experts cover topics such as data conversion, gap analysis, modification identification, test planning, and system set-up in addition to training on the application.

A thorough verification phase is another key component. Before cutting over to the new system, a detailed Go-Live Audit ensures that all is ready for the cutover.
